Toyin designed and styled outfits for over 30 musicians and 30 dancers. She created 250 costumes for the show and started by illustrating each outfit prior to the show, from the headlining act Ciara to the host of the day Dare to Kaffy and her dancers, Yemi Alade, Olamide, Style Plus, Sound Sultan, Simi, Vector, Dekunle Gold, Weird Mc, Jazzman Olofin, kenny Black, Fiokeer and a host of others.
Toyin took it to the next level by creating breathtaking statement pieces. Since they were performance pieces comfort was an important factor in the design process while she infused foreign and traditional attires.
From spiked and glass jackets to bedazzled dresses, her designs were all about expert tailoring and precision finishing, each costume was breathtaking! Her creativity was put to test when she was informed that Dare won't have enough time to change backstage, she created outfits for him that could transform into another right there on stage and had Kaffy choreograph it into the dance routine.
Her new Iro and Buba denim collection was the preferred choice for Ciara to rock while visiting a secondary school in Nigeria.
Furthermore she designed outfits for Ciara and Kaffy's dancers in 5hours for a dance routine in Dolphin estate which was choreographed by kaffy. Ciara posted the video on Instagram and had this to say
"Thank You All That Made This Happen.
